Standard delivery via Royal Mail 48T may occasionally take up to 14 working days. We can only consider items delayed after 3 weeks.
All quoted delivery times are based on business days (excludes weekends & bank holidays).
Tracked and next day services are guideline-only and not guaranteed.
Next Day orders must be placed before 4pm.
Weekend or bank holiday orders ship the next business day.
Saturday Delivery is valid for orders placed before 4pm on Friday.
Orders to Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands will move to a 2-day service. No refund applies for downgraded shipping in these areas.
Sandal Shop is not responsible for DPD in-flight changes made by customers (e.g. change of address or delivery date).
We deliver to BFPO addresses but cannot currently refund VAT on these orders.
