The SMALL Print
The 5 Days (Standard) delivery option is sent via the Royal Mail 48T postal service and can, on the very rare occasion, take up to 14 working days. Deliveries sent via this option cannot be considered delayed or lost with the Post Office until 3 weeks after posting. If you require your order by a certain day, we recommend using one of our fast delivery services.
All quoted delivery times are based on “business days”, which excludes bank holidays and weekends.
Tracked/Next Day services are not guaranteed by the provider, just a guideline.
For next day delivery the order must be placed before 4pm for same day despatch. Excluding Kayaks and Surfboards which need to be placed by 2pm
Orders placed after 4pm Friday, over the weekend or on a bank holiday will be sent out the next working business day.
Saturday delivery can be placed anytime up to 4pm on Friday, orders placed after this will be despatched to arrive the following Saturday.
All Orders placed on Next Day to All Northern Ireland Locations, Scottish Highlands Postcodes and all other Islands will be moved onto a 2 Day Service. As this is the quickest way to deliver to these areas. There is no postage refund available for next day to Northern Ireland/Highlands Postcodes where delivery is moved to a 2 day service. Please note Sandal Shop cannot be held responsible if in-flight DPD has taken place on any order resulting in the original delivery date not being met. i.e. change of address once shipped, re arrange delivery day, ship to local store. If any of these are used by a customer the customer is taking the risk on themselves and Sandal Shop cannot be held responsible for the return of postage cost
We can deliver to British Forces Postal (BFPO) Addresses, however we are currently unable to refund VAT associated with BFPO orders.
