Question:Are these actually Sun San sandals? The photo shows a Sun San, but it says the brand is Salt-Water, can you explain?
Answer: Sun San refers to a particular type of sole unit made by Salt-Water which is thicker and was previously used in the children's range. They are now also part of the adult range. Asked by Jade on 18 March 2022
Question:Do these sandals have a cushioned sole and give arch support?
Answer: The Saltwater range offers a more firm, hard-wearing sole so it isn't cushioned. This does make them more suitable for use in the water. The feel of them once on the foot is quite flat rather than lots of arch support.Asked by Nikki on 15 August 2022

My daughter found the buckle tight on her ankle but rest is great she just has it on the loosest hole. She has slender ankles so it’s a bit strange to me but after wearing them in at home she really loves them.
