About Our eGift Cards

Using the eGift Card is simple.

  1. You can use the eGift Card on sandalshop.co.uk or any of the other JamHill websites (see the list below).
  2. Enjoy yourself shopping and add products to your basket as standard.
  3. On the basket page, click the "Redeem eGift Card" button that appears in the payment options.
  4. You will then be asked to enter the "Name" and "eGift Card Code" as shown in the PDF attached to your email, then click "Redeem".
  5. You'll be taken back to the basket page and your eGift Card will have automatically been applied.
  6. Complete your order and we'll get your order shipped out to you quickly.

If you want to buy items that cost more than the eGift Card, you can pay the difference with any of the other payment methods. If your order is less value than the eGift Card, then you can use the balance on the eGift Card on future orders.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Your eGift Card can be used on any of the JamHill websites.
  2. eGift Cards can be used to pay for part of multiple orders/orders in their entirety.
  3. In the event that you need to return any items purchased with an eGift Card, any payments would be refunded to an eGift Card and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  4. The eGift Card can be used to purchase any items available for sale on our websites. (eGift Cards cannot be used to purchase other eGift Cards.)
